- Registration is on a first-come-first-served basis.
- Fees must be paid in full at the time of registration.
- A full refund will be made if the event is cancelled, or rescheduled to another day which the participant finds inconvenient to attend.
- No refund will be made if participant cancels his registration within one week prior to the event date.
- Payment will only be reflected in the next billing cycle.
