Terms and Conditions of Sealand Villa Bookings
1. RENTAL FEE AND DEPOSIT
- The requirement for booking is minimum of two (2) nights.
- All payment can be made in Singapore currency by NETS or credit card.
- For any 'No Show' on check-in date, full Sealand Villa rental fees will be charged to member's monthly statement of account. Non-members will not receive refund of rental fees which have been pre-paid.
- The resort reserves the right to vary the rental and deposit rates at any time it deems fit.
2. AMENDMENT OF BOOKING
- Amendment of bookings can be made provided adequate notice is given.
Minimum notice period to be given are as follows:

- If advise of amendment is not received within the specified time as stated in Clause 3, the amendment shall be treated as
last minute cancellation, and shall be subjected to conditions stated under ‘Cancellations’. - Booking is non-transferable.
3. CANCELLATIONS
- Cancellations are subject to the following charges and conditions:

4. For Non-NSRCC members, proof of verification is a mandatory requirement to enjoy the selected rental rate (MINDEF/ SAF Personnel, SAFRA, NSmen, Citizen and Non-Citizen). Main booker is to present their physical ID/ documents to reception on the day of check-in. Otherwise, booking may be cancelled or shall be charged the highest available rate.
- MINDEF/ SAF Personnel - SAF card or OneNS Portal' service status (NSF, Regular, Military Expert & DXO only)
- SAFRA Members - SAFRA membership card
- NSmen - Home TeamNS membership card or One NS Portal to show NS status
- Citizen - NRIC
- Non-Citizen - Passport
5. Applicants may amend or cancel their booking at the Sealand Villa Reception / through telephone at 6200 4115 / 6200 5097 or WhatsApp 9159 4946 from 9am to 5pm daily.
6. The Resort reserves the rights not to accept any application and to cancel any booking it deems unfit, and shall not be liable for any damages therefrom.
