Sealand Villa is NSRCC's Changi villa chalet offering, comprising two settings: the tranquil Treehouse Villas at Sealand Road and the coastal Seaview Villas along Netheravon Road.

Across 28 units in 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom configurations, the villas are available to NSRCC members, NSmen, SAFRA members, and the public.

Both locations are within walking distance of Changi Village, Changi Beach, and the park connectors along the coast.

Sealand Villa offers families and groups the room they need, with 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom layouts featuring generous living and dining areas. Guests can choose between two stay experiences:
