Located in front of the Fitness Centre and overlooking the Swimming Pools, Poolside Bistro is managed by Jun Hang F&B - the same team behind Fairway Bistro @ NSRCC Kranji. Diners can expect to indulge in homely Teochew Cuisine, such as Teochew Bak Kut Teh and Teochew Fish Head Steamboat. Local and Western dishes, including Sambal BBQ Stingray and Grilled Chicken Chop, are also available!
