Steady progress continues across the Accommodation Cluster, with significant advancements in all lodging types and associated facilities. Efforts remain focused on ensuring high-quality construction that meets both design intent and operational needs.

  • Chalets (North):

    • Precast wall installation is ongoing.

    • 2nd floor slab construction works are ongoing.

    • Chalets (West):

    • Precast wall installation is ongoing.

  • Bungalows (Pet):

    • Structural works are completed.

    • Wall works are in progress.

  • Bungalows (South):

    • Level 1 column works completed.

    • 2nd floor slab construction works are ongoing.

  • Guest Rooms:

    • Precast wall works are in the final stage.

    • 2nd floor slab construction works are ongoing.

  • Villa (East):

    • Structural works are nearing completion.

Recreation Cluster Progress Update

The Recreation Cluster continues to advance steadily, with a growing emphasis on finishing works and detailed installations. It is evolving into a signature dining destination, showcasing strong visual appeal and a distinctive coastal atmosphere.

  • Recreational Buildings 1 & 2:

    • Most of the wall construction has been completed.

    • Plastering works are ongoing.

    • Railing installation is in progress and preparation works for façade installation work commenced.

    • Waterproofing works in the required areas are also ongoing.

    • MEP works within the buildings have commenced.

    • Perimeter drain construction works are ongoing.

  • Recreational Building 3:

    • Structural works are complete.

    • Architectural activities such as wall construction and plastering are ongoing.

    • Waterproofing works in the required areas are also ongoing.

    • MEP works within the buildings have commenced.

    • Perimeter drain construction works are ongoing.

  • Gazebo Units:

    • Structural works are nearing completion, marking a key milestone for the cluster.

    • Architectural works, including wall construction and plastering, are also ongoing.

    • Waterproofing works in the required areas are also ongoing.

    • MEP works within the buildings have commenced.

    • These facilities are progressing as per schedule, with design quality and user functionality remaining at the forefront of ongoing works.

F&B Cluster Progress Update

The Terrace Building is making steady progress within the F&B Cluster. This cluster is evolving into a standout dining destination, highlighting aesthetic charm and a vibrant coastal atmosphere.

  • Wall construction works are currently ongoing across multiple levels.
  • Interior and exterior detailing activities have begun.
  • Waterproofing works in the required areas are also ongoing.
  • MEP works within the buildings are ongoing.

Substation & Bincentre

All structural and architectural works are nearing completion. MEP works are ongoing.

General Areas Progress Update

Works are ongoing to ensure seamless connectivity throughout the development. These shared infrastructure components are being constructed in parallel with the main clusters to enable integrated operations and enhance overall accessibility.

Overall Progress

Progress across all clusters remains aligned with the master project schedule, demonstrating a consistent and well-managed development approach. With structural works nearing completion, the project has shifted focus toward architectural finishes, interior works, and MEP system integration.

At the same time, efforts to secure key authority approvals including Green Mark certification, drainage, and road works permits are well underway, supported by proactive coordination and streamlined documentation. The project continues to advance strongly on both construction and regulatory compliance fronts.
