Consistent progress is being made throughout the Accommodation Cluster, with notable developments across all types of lodging and related facilities. Work continues to prioritize high-quality construction that aligns with the design vision and operational requirements.

  • Chalets (North):
    • Precast wall installation completed.
      • 2nd floor slab construction works completed.
      • Mechanical/ Electrical/ Plumbing works in progress.

      • Precast wall installation is completed
      • Level 2 roof slab casting in progress.
  • Bungalows (Pet):
    • Wall works are in progress.

Recreation Cluster Progress Update

The Recreation Cluster is moving forward with momentum, with finishing works and intricate installations taking centre stage. It is set to emerge as a standout dining destination, combining captivating visuals with a distinctive coastal vibe.

  • Recreational Buildings 1 & 2:
    • Exterior wall construction has been completed.
    • Plastering works are ongoing.
    • Railing installation is in progress and preparation works for façade installation work commenced.
    • Waterproofing works in the required areas are also ongoing.
    • MEP works within the buildings ongoing.
    • Perimeter drain construction works are ongoing.
  • Recreational Building 3:
    • Architectural activities such as wall construction and plastering are ongoing.
    • Waterproofing works in the required areas are also ongoing.
    • MEP works within the buildings ongoing.
    • Perimeter drain construction works are ongoing.
  • Gazebo Units:
    • Structural works completed.
    • Architectural works, including wall construction and plastering, are nearly completion.

F&B Cluster Progress Update

Steady progress at the Terrace Building is driving the F&B Cluster toward becoming a standout dining hotspot, featuring striking aesthetics and a vibrant coastal vibe.

  • Wall construction works are currently ongoing across multiple levels.
  • Interior and exterior detailing activities have begun.
  • Waterproofing works in the required areas are also ongoing.
  • MEP works within the buildings are ongoing.
  • Perimeter drain construction works are ongoing.

       Substation & Bincentre

All structural and architectural works are nearing completion. MEP works are ongoing.

 

General Areas Progress Update

Construction is underway to ensure seamless connectivity across the development. Shared infrastructure elements are being built alongside the main clusters to support integrated operations and improve overall accessibility.

  • Ground levelling works for car parks and internal roads are actively in progress.

Overall Progress

All clusters are progressing in line with the master schedule, with structural works nearing completion and the focus now on architectural finishes, interior fit-outs, and MEP integration. Key authority approvals, including drainage and road permits, are actively underway, supported by streamlined coordination. Interim Green Mark certification has been granted. Overall, the project is advancing strongly on both construction and regulatory fronts.
