Substation & Bincentre

All structural and architectural works have been completed. The team is now awaiting the delivery of equipment and other related electrical and mechanical items.

General Areas Progress Update

Construction is ongoing to establish seamless connectivity throughout the development. Shared infrastructure components are being built in tandem with the main clusters to support integrated operations and enhance overall accessibility.

• Ground levelling works for car parks and internal roads are actively in progress.

• Structural works for the linkway connecting Recreational Building 3 to the F&B Cluster are in progress.
• Amphitheatre works are in progress.

Overall Progress

All clusters are advancing according to the project schedule, with structural works close to completion and current efforts concentrated on architectural finishes, interior fit-outs, and MEP coordination. Key authority approvals such as drainage and road permits are in progress, backed by efficient coordination. The project has also received its Interim Green Mark certification. Overall, progress remains strong on both construction and regulatory fronts.
