Recreation Cluster Progress Update

Majority of the Recreation Cluster has reached a major milestone with the completion of all primary structural works, except for Recreational Building 3 and Gazebo Units. The focus has now shifted to architectural and MEP installations.

  • Recreational Buildings 1 and 2: Architectural activities, including wall construction, screeding, and plastering, are currently in progress. Simultaneously, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing installations are advancing to integrate essential building services.
  • Recreational Building 3: While the Level 1 and Level 2 structural phases are now complete, roof construction work is still ongoing. The area is expected to enter the architectural phase in the next couple of months, in line with the rest of the commercial cluster units.
  • Gazebo Units: Structural works are currently in progress at the gazebo units, marking the final major section of the Recreation Cluster to undergo this phase. In the next couple of months, the gazebo units will transition to the architectural phase, ensuring alignment with the cluster's overarching design objectives.

The Recreation Cluster remains on track, prioritizing high-quality finishes and functional spaces for future users.

F&B Cluster Progress Update

The Terrace Building continues to advance steadily within the F&B Cluster.

  • Wall construction works are currently ongoing across multiple levels.
  • Interior and exterior detailing activities have begun in parallel with MEP works to maintain momentum and allow early access for fit-out trades.

This cluster is shaping into a signature dining destination, emphasizing aesthetic appeal and coastal ambiance.

General Areas Progress Update

  • Ground levelling works for car parks and internal roads are actively in progress.
  • Structural works for the linkway connecting Recreational Building 3 to the F&B Cluster are ongoing, ensuring seamless connectivity across the development.

These shared infrastructure elements are being developed in tandem with the main clusters to support integrated operations and accessibility.

Overall Progress

All clusters are advancing in alignment with the master project schedule, reflecting a well-coordinated effort toward delivering a premium, multifunctional development. With structural works largely completed, the primary focus has transitioned to architectural detailing, interior finishes, and MEP integration.

Simultaneously, efforts to secure various authority approvals. Including Green Mark certification, drainage, and road works clearances are progressing well, with proactive coordination and documentation processes in place. The project continues to demonstrate strong forward momentum on both construction and compliance fronts.
