Overall Progress

The project continues to progress in accordance with the overall construction programme. With all major structural works completed, the project's primary focus has shifted towards architectural finishing works, MEP installations, testing and commissioning preparation, and external infrastructure development.

Key site activities currently include architectural finishes across all building clusters, waterproofing and tile installation for the swimming pool, construction of the main entrance and guard house, road and car park development, utility infrastructure, and landscaping works. These activities are progressing concurrently to support the project's timely completion and operational readiness.

Regulatory submissions and authority coordination continue to progress as planned. The successful achievement of the Interim Green Mark Certification further demonstrates the project's commitment to sustainability, quality, and regulatory compliance.
