The F&B Cluster (Terrace Building) continues to advance through the finishing stage, with strong progress across architectural and MEP works.

- Perimeter drainage and external infrastructure works are ongoing.
- MEP works are ongoing.
Substation & Bin Centre
All structural and architectural works have been completed.
Installation of electrical and mechanical equipment is currently in progress, together with testing and commissioning preparation works.
General Areas Progress Update
General infrastructure and external works have become a key area of focus across the development.
