Accommodation Cluster Progress Update
Works within the Accommodation Cluster are progressing well, with structural works largely completed across all buildings. Current activities are focused on architectural finishes, MEP installations, and final detailing to meet design and operational requirements.
- Chalets (North & West):
- Structural, internal wall, and external plastering works have been completed.
- Ongoing works include internal flooring, window installation, and MEP services.
- Bungalows (Pet):
- Structural and wall construction works have been completed.
- Plastering works are completed.
- Railing installation, window installation, and internal flooring works are in progress.

The Recreation Cluster has moved into the architectural finishing and MEP installation stage, with emphasis on coordination and detailed works.

F&B Cluster Progress Update
The F&B Cluster (Terrace Building) has advanced into the finishing and services installation phase, with key architectural elements being progressively completed.

Substation & Bin Centre
All structural and architectural works have been completed.
The team is currently coordinating the delivery, installation, and subsequent testing of electrical and mechanical equipment.
General Areas Progress Update
External infrastructure and connectivity works are progressing steadily, supporting overall site integration and accessibility.

Overall Progress
