The Accommodation Cluster has progressed into the final stage of construction, with the majority of architectural works substantially completed. Current activities are mainly focused on finalising architectural finishes, completing outstanding MEP works, and preparing the accommodation facilities for the installation and placement of internal furniture and fittings.

F&B Cluster Progress Update

The F&B Cluster, including the Terrace Building, is also progressing into the final construction and fit-out stage. The main focus is on completing architectural finishes, finalising building services, and preparing the internal spaces for furniture and equipment installation.

The Substation and Bin Centre construction works have been completed.

The project is currently pending the installation of the relevant equipment by the respective authorities/service providers, followed by the necessary inspections, testing, authority clearances, and related commissioning requirements.

General Areas Progress Update

External and common infrastructure works continue to progress steadily, with the project now focusing on completing the roads, car parks, landscaping, entrance facilities, drainage, and external services.

Overall Progress

The project has progressed into the final stages of construction, with all major structural works completed across the development. Current activities are predominantly focused on completing final architectural finishes, outstanding MEP installations, testing and commissioning, internal fit-out, and preparation of the buildings for furniture, fittings, and equipment installation.

Across the Accommodation, Recreation, and F&B Clusters, architectural works are being progressively finalised, while final MEP works and associated testing and commissioning activities continue concurrently. The project is also progressing with the necessary preparations for internal furniture and fittings installation.

External works remain a key focus, with internal roads, car parks, the main entrance, drainage, utility infrastructure, linkways, and landscaping works progressing in parallel. The Guard House construction has been completed, while the Substation and Bin Centre are completed and pending the relevant authority/service-provider installations and subsequent clearances.

Overall, the project is moving progressively towards the final completion, testing and commissioning, authority clearance, and operational readiness stages, with the remaining works primarily comprising architectural finishes, MEP completion, external infrastructure, landscaping, furniture/fittings installation, testing and commissioning, and statutory clearances.
